Some of these services include; • EMC and Electrical Safety Product Testing   Wemtech is able to provide an extensive range of EMC testing services, both in chamber and on-site, of small or large scale equipment and Machinery as required by the EMC, R&TTE and Automotive EMC Directives. Electrical testing, in accordance with the Low Voltage Directive, can also be performed in our TUV Rheinland appointed laboratory. Hide • Machinery Testing & Assessment   Machinery and machines can be assessed in accordance with the requirements of the Machinery Directive, including risk assessments, safety control systems, PUWER assessments and standards assessments to ensure your machine meets the relevant Essential Health and Safety Requirements. Hide • Training   Wemtech is experienced in providing a multitude of training services, including public workshops, in-company group training, one-to-one consultancy, and public seminars, both on site or at our dedicated training facility. A comprehensive range of standard, specialist and bespoke training courses can be provided, all of which are endorsed by both TUV Rheinland and BSI. Hide • Designing for Compliance Advice   Designing to meet the relevant Directives and standards from the outset can save you considerable costs by avoiding the need for an expensive redesign as a result of a non-conformity. Hide • Technical File Compilation   It is a requirement for almost all CE marked products to have an associated Technical (Construction) File or Technical Documentation. Wemtech can compile your Technical File on your behalf, instruct you on the contents required, or fully audit your documentation. Hide • Guidance on the Use of Standards   In most cases (with the exception of the Construction Products Directive which is not currently mandatory in the UK) it is not usually mandatory to employ standards, however, the use of (harmonised) standards is the best way to demonstrate the safety of your products.
