  Welcome to the registration page, where you can apply to appear on the Test and Calibration Laboratories Register website. If you are new to us or just renewing or updating your web entry, then please follow these easy instructions and fill in the form below. Alternatively download the registration form (in PDF form) and fax the completed form back to us at 01527 595033. If you are just renewing your web entry, then just fill in your contact details and in the description box, just type "no changes". If you are new, then please fill in all the required fills in the contact details section. For the area of testing, calibration and industry sector sections, please select the most appropriate to your company. You may select as many as you require, however accurate selection will improve your chances of potential clients finding your web entry. If you do not have any areas of testing, or calibration, then move onto the next section. Once you have done this, then please fill in any approvals or accreditations you cover (if applicable) and also write an accurate description of your company (up to 60 words long). Finally select between the gold or silver listing package, and click "send" once you have made note of our method of payment.

Payment Method:
 Please note the price (in pounds UK) for your annual subscription - £50.00 (£58.75 including VAT) for the standard listing pack and £75.00 (£88.13 including VAT) for the Standard Plus listing pack.

 We will add your entry to the database and a VAT invoice will issued on receipt of your application. Cheques should be sent to Wemtech Ltd, Bordesley Hall, The Holloway, Alvechurch, Birmingham, West Midlands, B48 7QQ.

Cheques should be made payable to Wemtech Ltd (in UK pounds) and to be received within 1 month.
