Usernames and passwords are NOW case SENSATIVE.
Make sure you have filled in your username and password correctly, with no spaces at the end of either.
If you have recently changed your details, please wait to receive your confirmation from us (via e-mail), as the details may not have been updated. If this is the case, then your previous details will still be active. Alternatively try to 'refresh' the page, which might clear any old information in your history folder.
